These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7scom ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all access and use of 7scom, including the website at 7scom.vu, any games, betting markets, account services, and payment functions made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on 7scom, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or closed on 7scom.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7scom or its affiliates.

Each person may hold only one registered account on 7scom. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names or contact details — are strictly prohibited. If a duplicate account is identified, 7scom reserves the right to suspend both accounts and withhold any pending balance pending investigation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation requirements will be communicated through the platform. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7scom login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number or email. You must not share your login details with any other person.

Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while access is obtained using your credentials — is your responsibility, unless you have notified 7scom of a compromise and we have taken action to secure the account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

7scom uses SSL encryption to secure all sessions on the platform. Additional account security measures, including OTP verification for login and withdrawals, are part of the standard account protection setup. You should not disable or circumvent any security feature provided by the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on 7scom are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the platform, and no alternative currencies are supported for real-money transactions.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online/mobile banking, bank transfers to major local banks, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 7scom.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment channel. Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete.
• Your withdrawal request must meet any applicable minimum amount as displayed on the platform at the time of the request.
• The payment channel used for withdrawal must be in your own name and must match your registered account details.
• 7scom reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

7scom does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.

All games and betting markets available on 7scom operate under defined rules that are made available within the platform at the relevant game or market. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or event.

7scom does not accept bets placed after the official close of a market. Any bet confirmed by the system prior to market close stands. Bets placed after the event has started or after the market has closed are void and will be refunded where applicable.

Live casino games on 7scom are operated with live dealers via video stream. The outcome of each game round is determined by the physical result — the dealt cards, the roulette spin, or the dice shake — and is not influenced by any 7scom system. Fish shooting games and slot games use RNG (random number generation) systems to determine outcomes. The house edge for each game type is as described in the relevant game information.

7scom reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, on a clearly incorrect price, or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to your account balance.

7scom may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or special event rewards from time to time. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be made available on the platform at the time the promotion is active.

Where specific promotion terms are not yet available on the platform, no assumed terms apply. Players should not rely on terms advertised through third-party sources, as these may not reflect the current and accurate conditions set by 7scom.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only.
• Attempting to claim a promotion through multiple accounts, borrowed funds, or manipulative play patterns may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• 7scom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7scom is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limit tools within your account settings, which allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. These tools are available to all registered users and can be adjusted through the account dashboard.

7scom reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A duplicate account has been identified.
• The account holder has attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors.

Where an account is suspended, 7scom will notify the account holder and conduct an investigation before a final decision is made. During suspension, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 7scom support. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment channel, subject to the standard verification requirements.

7scom collects and processes personal data from registered users as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your personal data will be used in accordance with that policy for account management, identity verification, security, and related purposes.

7scom does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification services is limited to what is required for those specific operational functions.

7scom provides the platform and all games and services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 7scom is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from interrupted gaming sessions, technical errors, or delays in processing transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7scom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

If you have a question about these Terms or about any transaction or activity on your 7scom account, please contact our support team through the official support channel. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed.

7scom will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it will be subject to the governing law applicable to 7scom's operations.
